  • Are we charging a cleaning fee?

  • The client will be charged for any damage that occurs to City Hall, its property or staff.

    A breakage fee of $3 per item for glassware will be applied for any items that are damaged, broken or lost during use.

  • One security guard is required to work on site for the duration of your booking for all bookings that have alcohol or 50 guests or more. City Hall supplies security guards and is charged separately to your venue hire.

  • A $XXX is fully refundable subject to any damage, cleaning, overstay of hire, misuse or vandalism of property. The payment of the bond is non-negotiable. The security bond will be returned in full provided there is no loss or damage to City Hall. In the event of loss or damage, that will be deduced from the security bond.

  • It is the responsibility of the client to include set up and pack up times in their total booking.

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to your booking at City Hall will be completely refundable. Any cancellations within the 30-15 day period prior to your booking will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

  • A $XXX non-refundable deposit is required when booking City Hall. A booking is not secured until the deposit has been received. This deposit will be used as your security bond and will not be included as payment towards your total bill.
