Full Day Delegate Packages

Essential — $75pp
A straightforward package for training days, workshops and meetings.

Includes venue hire, room setup, presentation screen, Wi-Fi, arrival tea and coffee, morning tea, working lunch and afternoon tea.

City Hall — $85pp
Most Popular

Our recommended package for corporate and government day events.

Includes everything in Essential, plus continuous tea and coffee, orange juice on arrival, upgraded morning tea, premium working lunch, afternoon tea, seasonal fruit and dedicated event support.

Executive — $99pp

Designed for leadership meetings, board days and hosted corporate events.

Includes premium arrival catering, upgraded morning tea, hot or shared-style lunch, premium afternoon tea, continuous refreshments and sparkling and still water.

No separate venue hire fee applies when booking a Full Day Delegate Package.

Minimum 30 delegates or minimum event spend applies. All prices include GST.

Why City Hall?

Located in the heart of Canberra CBD, City Hall is a private and flexible alternative to a traditional hotel conference room.

Your group has exclusive use of the venue, including a private bar, kitchen and alfresco balcony.

We can accommodate a range of layouts including boardroom, classroom, theatre and workshop formats, with seating for up to 100 guests.

Catering

Our packages include morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea, with options ranging from simple working lunches through to premium hot shared meals.

Dietary requirements can be accommodated with advance notice.

Optional extras include breakfast on arrival, barista coffee, post-event drinks, canapés and additional AV.

Government & Corporate Bookings

We make the quotation and approval process easy.

Formal written quotations are available, purchase orders are accepted by arrangement and tax invoices are provided.
